This exciting development is set for opening late 2012 and will offer 150 shops to include well known names such as Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and Alcampo hypermarket.
It is anticipated that the new Commercial Centre will be a boost to the local economy, and will generate additional visitors to the area throughout the year, localities such as Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Villamartin and Los Dolses are already well known tourist areas in the main seasons (from April to October) here on the Costa Blanca, but with the opening of La Zenia Boulevard it is envisioned that these areas will see an increase benefitting local businesses.
